Canada To Mexico Pledge Ride
Bill Snodgrass and Ken Valverde, representing the Red Knights (firefighters) and Blue Knights (police), are making a charity run on June 7 & 8 from Canada to Mexico to raise funds for Flying Horse Farms. They’re going to ride 1,620 miles in 36 hours. Support them with a pledge donation per mile or a single contribution: Make checks payable to Flying Horse Farms and send them to A.D. 2,000 Miles ON FOOT For Flying Horse Farms!
Darris Blackford from the A.D. Farrow Co. Marketing Team will run 2,000 miles between May 1 and October 15, 2008. If he does not complete the goal, Darris will cancel any pledges made to his effort and pay the amount to the charity out of his own pocket (provided he doesn’t become injured)! 2,000 miles is more than 80 miles of running a week.
